I test drove Echo About 4 years ago along with Dataminr, lyfraft and Media Sonar. I went with Media sonar because I preferred their platform. Mediasonar has since moved on to really servicing our community. I can tell you that I did an episode with James Villenueve a few months ago and i was impressed with how far they have come. it can be a very useful tool depending on how you implement it. I think of all the companies, Echosec seems to have the best customer service these days. Let me know how you make out.
