I have a client who is accused of sending text messages to herself via an online text messaging platform. The accusation is that she did it to frame her estranged husband in an effort to have him charged with violating a domestic violence protective order. Law enforcement indicates they traced the messages back to my client’s IP address. My client denies the allegation and has asked that I attempt to locate an expert witness to assist with the IP address aspect.
I would be grateful for referrals.
