Hello. Not sure if this is the right forum for this question but it was the best I could do. I was wondering if anybody could guide me to any seminars/tips/educational material on taking statements, particularly for workers comp cases? Also, any direction to report templates or a list of standard questions that should be asked during the interviews would be great. Thanks in advance.
