I have a question a friend asked me. His wife is being surveilled by someone hired by her ex boss. (injury on the job)
During the surveillance they caught the PI agent snapping pictures of her daughter in the process.
The daughter is under 18 and handicap. Is there any laws against this?
Unfortunately no. That is if it all took place in public. You might want to call the police and inquire about this.
