A- PDF Comment Collector
If you deal with a lot of pdf files of pleadings, discovery, depositions, etc. then you can highlight important items or put a box around them or even just a check mark or something as you read them. When you are done with all your pdf files run the collector and it copies all the pages with any mark that you added and puts them into a new pdf file and most importantly puts the source file name, locations and page number at the top so you can find the original asap. All the important points in one file for easy access with references to the original. Bookmark and cross reference within this file for trial prep.
