I now use CROSStrax after two prior attempts to do so with poor experiences each time. I canceled this third time and was contacted by Patrick. He has been a HUGE help and I am glad for his help.
My advice to you is not to try it without one-on-one guidance from someone there. Their training and support site needs improvement before it can be an easily-adapted solution. It’s also not the most user-friendly application, but it definitely improves case management.
