Recently, A private investigator from NJ was arrested for Spying on an individual for the Chinese Government. The Investigator from NJ was accused of surveilling and harassing a subject in in Queens, NY.

I was not disclosed if the investigator knew he was in fact working for the Chinese Government, but this is a reminder of really understanding who your client is and what they are asking you to do.
