Need good license plate search resource for owner information

I am trying to find a new vendor to get owner information from license plates – specifically NY and CT tags. The vendor I am currently using is good, however they are expensive. Any suggestions?

I have NY State DMV. What kind of volume do you anticipate? Feel free to call if that is more convenient for you.

I use https://denspri.com/ They are great and inexpensive. Tell her Michael sent you from Powerhouse Investigations.
